The fence they fitted is falling out and one small panel is falling apart. Another is warping and one panel is incorrect size or seconds.

We needed a roof repair at short notice as water ingress during the summer deluges of 2019 meant that the lounge ceiling was in danger of coming down on my mother's bungalow. AP Building and Property Maintenance responded quickly to my bark and although I found the quote a bit steep for what was an afternoon's work by one young man, it was an emergency and so paying a premium was expected. The boss negotiated with me over the young man's phone using 'facetime' which I did faze me but at the same time impressed me with the efficiency of the technology. We were very pleased with the job and most impressed by the young man's work ethic. He persevered through three hours work, determined to get the job done in increasingly worsening weather. He wouldn't even stop to have a brew. Overall, very pleased and would be happy to use this company again if the need arose. More...

Mowed the garden and cut down some bushes. Did a good job and very quickly. Only complaint would maybe be it was a tad messy.
