What do you love most about your job?
I like to help people get the results they want and that they deserve. Everyone deserves to be happy and healthy, but sometimes help is needed. I love the research and staying at the top of my game, but I also love the smiles on my clients faces when they realise they have turned their lives around.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in the Media for many years but found it ultimately unfulfilling. I like to feel I am sailing my own ship!

I am approachable, capable, humorous and knowledgable! My sessions are always good fun and I always have some new to offer - whether it's are recipes or ideas, or the caching skills of which I am equally as proud.
