Many thanks to Anthony. My laptop, although quite powerful, is up to 15 yrs old. I thought I needed a new one as it was glitchy and it was only running Windows Vista, which is no longer supported. I asked Anthony to check and see if the laptop was capable of running Windows 10. This he did. It was more than capable, so I left it with him to check everything out, load Windows 10 and some new Office software. He saved all my important pictures and files, loaded it all up and after only a couple of days, I got it back. It's now running like new and I've saved about £300. Many thanks Anthony. More...
