If I could give zero stars, I would. He conned me out of £50 to get personalised meal plans and I’ve heard nothing since. STAY AWAY.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I write an in depth and fully custom plan for each and every one of my clients. I will give them 100% of my time when they need any sort of advice or just a pick up. I know I can give you results and within 4 weeks you start seeing progress.
I will be available via email, texting or by phone.
End of the day, I am here for you and get you to where you want to be.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
dedication and discipline. If you want it, put the work towards it. I will get you through the tough times because I know in the long term you will be the champion.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people achieve there goals. I want a healthy world and people to be proud of themselves.
In reality the most important investment is investing into yourself. Positive mindset = a positive outcome.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to work for myself and not have restrictions of being told what to do. I believe in my own judgement and I know I can be successful in helping other achieve what they want
