Annelie photographed our wedding recently. She was brilliant! Neither me or the Mrs are much keen on posing for formal photos, and Annelie, bless her, took that on board and contented herself to mostly just creep around, sneakily click-clicking away from behind bushes, or round corners, when we least expected it. I'm exaggerating, but you know what I mean. She wasn't obtrusive. You weren't constantly feeling under the judgemental glare of the camera lense, while trying to enjoy/survive your wedding, or whatever. You've got to have at least some traditional shots though, you know, and when those moments arose, Annelie stage managed us both in such a gentle and considerate manner that we quite forgot to be uncomfortable.Within just a couple of days(!) we were hooked us up with the photos (via a pretty slick web thing where you can download them individually or all en masse in whatever resolution you require, including that high def one where you can zoom in and count the blackheads on the bride's mother's nose), and they were just perfect, I mean, in terms of what we wanted. Entirely natural and flattering, and Annelie caught us in some quite beautiful natural lighting that at the time, I wouldn't have known even existed.All-in-all, Annelie was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and if you've read this far down, I can leave you with a hearty recommendation. We booked Annelie to photograph our wedding in February 2017 and we would highly recommend her. She is organised and takes pride in her work. This comes across in her photos. Annelie is nevertheless relaxed when working and doesn't let inappropriate uncles or posing family members put her off! She is able to capture the emotion of the day. Annelie is a genuinely lovely person and despite being booked for a full-on twelve-hour shift, she did half an hour extra for us out of the goodness of her heart! Our photos were ready in just over a week and she even sent us some free prints and a little box of chocolates to say thank you. We had one in-depth meeting before the day, during which we had an opportunity to look at a couple of full photo albums and to discuss our requirements.
