I had a boudoir photo session with Ann. I was very nervous and skeptical to do a photo session like this. Ann was amazing at making me feel comfortable in my own skin. She was professional and the pictures are amazing. From the moment I booked with Ann I haven’t had any complaints. Absolutely no doubt that Megan is the only person I would have wanted to shoot my wedding. Its a true testament to not only her work but her as a person to see how many couples she shoots from engagement to growing their families. I had a glamour session! With Kitti McMeel and Ann E Landstrom while they were here in Phoenix for the Portrait Masters Conference. They were indeed masters. I felt beautiful. I looked beautiful, and they photographed me beautiful. I love these images of me! And, like most of my clients, I feel I don't photograph easily because I've had a lot of BAD images taken in the past. I really didn't want any more. WOW!!!! Talk about a wonderful experience getting photographed! I had the privilege of being picked to receive a magazine style portrait photo shoot from Ann Photography and at first I was apprehensive (I’m not photogenic, I’m old, not tall, you know, throwing up the old, tired excuses), but decided to just go for it. From the moment I met Ann, I was put at ease by her friendly and humorous personality. She explained the process and was so encouraging. She’s one of those gems that really believe in lifting other women up and it comes through the moment you meet her. The day of my shoot I arrived and met Andrea Bernal (who did my makeup). She made me look so flawless and fresh looking. The fun started as soon as Ann started taking the pictures. The posing, dancing and swirling was a bit awkward at first, but Ann put me at ease and we laughed and went with the flow. Today I was able to view my pictures and I am completely blown away at how talented Ann and Andrea are. OMG. This was one of the best days of my life. Ann is brilliant, her work stunning. She is worth every single penny.On top of all that, she had creative wardrobe, hair and makeup, and a great vision. When you pose for Ann she makes you feel comfortable and is there to guide when things are looking stiff or won't shoot well.She has creative gift items you can purchase. My favorite is a tall thin square paperweight with your photo on the center.One of the things I really love about Ann is how realistic she is and how practical. Keeping the photos magazine spread quality and drama.Ann also allowed me a payment plan for 20 digital files, if I could afford the top package I would have done that. I'm definitely having the paperweight made. It's always nice when someone is willing to work with you rather than try to up sell you.I will post pictures after I go in to pick my images. More...

I am so grateful for Ann. I was looking for a photographer to take pictures for my business and book cover. She knew exactly what I wanted. ANN IS THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHER EVER! She is sooo sweet, kind, funny, understanding, and just plain awesome! I came into her studio for some pictures, and let me tell you. .. she did an AMAZING job. The makeup was flawless, and her styling was beautiful! I was pretty nervous at first but she calmly assisted me into the correct positioning and made me smile a lot! She gave me plenty of time and I genuinely felt cared for. She even let me stay and model a new dress for her as well! I honestly felt great coming out of her studio. The pictures came out gorgeous.. I wanted to have boudoir pictures taken for my husband as a wedding gift. I searched Groupon and came across a few options. Ann stood out to me because the quality of her pictures were exactly what I had in mind. I live in east county so it was a drive but I did not mind at all. I had closer options but i wasn’t as impressed with the pictures. The bonus was that it came with hair and make up.
The first meeting I had was great. She showed me pictures and we talked about ideas and outfits. I was surprised to see that she had so many choices at her studio. I didn’t expect that at all. Her studio is also very comfortable.
The actually photo shoot was so much fun too! I loved my hair and make up and I felt comfortable around Ann. She had some great tips and tricks during the shoot.
I received my print that came with the Groupon and decided to give that to my husband for his birthday. He was so excited. I’ve also shown the picture to some of my friends and they thought it was great too. I can’t wait to get the book I ordered and give it to my husband. I was terrified I’d be stiff in front of the camera but she immediately put me at ease.
