We left our cat Lawrence in there care, there service was fantastic, we were away for a month and every day they would leave us a message that he was being cared for and even on some days a picture of him getting a fuss, we cannot recommend there services highly enough, we had peace of mind while on holiday, we shall we useing them again Barry and Margaret from WIllesborough

Mens restroom always had toilet broken. Id say 1/6th of the equipment has been poorly repaired.( they work, but not enough to get a decent workout on. ) all the equipment is due for an upgrade. There is also a “swing set” in front that no one uses. Gym desperately needs more squat stations. Get rid of this and replce with powerlifting station. The place is dark and musty smelling. The staff is unfriendly, and the manager, who you would think cares, doesn’t. She is the rudest b*tch I have ever dealt with. So I'm a current member of the gym but am considering canceling my contract. One because it's somewhat expensive, and two because the bureaucracy of the gym is ridiculous. But I have a complaint about the basketball court. It is very hot and all the people agreed that it was too hot. People are getting headaches inside the court because of the heat. I won't be surprised if someone faints here because of it. So I asked the front desk about what they can do with the heat, and they said nothing because it is controlled by a thermostat in California....... Just think about that.... The AC of the basketball court in Pasadena Texas, is controlled in California..... What kind of BS is that? So they said they can only lower it 2 degrees. Which is convenient because based on safety regulations the body feels a 2 to 3 degree change, so that's the most a building can change an AC before they spend too much on electricity is 2 degrees. I'm waiting for someone to faint and then 24 hour be liable. More...

This gym is disgusting. Always filthy. One of The managers Adrina is a rude B word who was so stuck up during my fitness consult. It's a decent gym for the price. Staff is usually friendly and we can get in and get out with a solid workout. The only downside is the constant broken machines. Stair masters are constantly out of order as well as the bikes. The leg press machine has been broken for what seems like a month. Other than it taking a seemingly unreasonable amount of time for it to fix machines, we definitely enjoy the gym. More...

This gym has adequate machines and workout space. I did not attend any classes. The workout space doesn’t smell, which is a bonus. The locker rooms, however, completely negate my experience every time. I have yet to shower in the women’s locker room finding 2-3 showers unusable because of hairballs clogging the drains. Once I came in on Sunday morning at 8 am and there was a used sanitary napkin in one of the stalls. In general, locker room use here does not leave me feeling cleaner.Additionally, when I requested to use the unisex restroom, per the requirement for kids over 6, I was told that only managers have a key to that restroom and there were no managers on duty. At 7:20 pm. So I couldn’t do anything because I was unable to follow the rules of th gym due to their poor planning.I’m not entirely sure the convenience of this place is worth the grossness and poor planning. Worst experience ever! Didn't even get passed the front desk because of an employee disagreement on a 3 day Guest workout pass that was perfectly valid an up to date. 24 hour fitness is a great place to workout out minus the non-sense. A week after a negative review the sauna has been fixed. Today a manager type gentleman has been rushing around cleaning and touching base with members. Joanna looked after my parents cat Nutmeg at fairly short notice and did a very good job. They have not had Nutmeg long as she was believed to be a stray and Joanne did a good job as Nutmeg was often 'missing' when Joanne went to feed her.
