Claire is very friendly, reliable, & knowledgeable about dogs, breeding & literally anything canine. Her scans are always accurate & in my experience confirms correct numbers. I have come to rely on Claire so much that if one of my dogs has any sort of complaint I ring her first for advice, she is always helpful & have lost count of the money saving tips she has given me. I always recommend Claire to anybody asking about pet scanning and chipping. When I enquired about scanning my pregnant pooch she called me and asked questions then realised that my dog was too far along to scan, and she didn't want me to waste my money on a scan that wouldn't give me a litter number. Whereas others were kind of trying to pressure me into getting my dog scanned! Claire also told me I could call her if there was any issues in labour or if I thought a pup was stuck. I really appreciated her honesty and helpfulness. So when the pups were old enough I went back to her for getting them chipped (great price for the litter of 8). She came to my house to scan the pups and was just a lovely lady. So friendly and helpful, and made sure she gave all of my pooches cuddles and kisses! I really cant recommend Claire enough, not only is she very professional, you can tell she's a pet lover, and just a lovely person to chat to. I enquired about getting my pregnant pooch Cookie scanned on 26/2/19, got a call back almost instantly. Claire was absolutely lovely, and I thoroughly appreciated her honesty when I was informed that it was a little late in the game to get a scan for the number of pups to be expected (especially when another pet sonographer tried to push me onto a scan despite knowing Cookie was very far along! Claire told me to contact again if need be, or if I was worried that there was pups stuck during/after labour. As it happens Cookie was a lot further along that I thought and gave birth 5 days later to a litter of 9 (8 healthy, 1 stillborn ). Claire has scanned my girl chiwawa twice now and each time she has built a bond between her and Bella to get Bella comfortable with her before she went ahead with the scan. She was very general and made are girl feel at ease whiles doing the scan. She has been accurate on the two occasions with how many puppies she was having and also left her contact details incase we had any complications during the birth. The scans was amazing and very clear and we had the full set of photos emailed to us. 10000% recommended. Claire made me, my husband and our fur baby so welcoming. We came as we thought she was pregnant and turns out she is. Was such an amazing experience to see. And she made sire our girl was settled, relaxed & comfortable. Claire also gave so much advise for upcoming birth and to make sure our girl is settled through out the process from now, till babies are here. Also told us to call anytime we need help. Claire was amazing with my girl, she took the time to get to know pugba and make her feel comfortable making the scan much easier. Claire gave us information as the scan was negative for pregnancy. She offered a second scan for free as my dog lives with a male to be sure. I felt relaxed and taken care of, and was given lots of guidance and useful information.
