A pleasure to deal with, delivering a top quality job with a very competitive price.This is a conpany specialising in the installation of barge boards, soffitts, facias, cladding and guttering. They are not a double glazing company who install doors & windows, therefore as a small family company they can offer competitive quotes & value for money.Simon took the time to explain the whole process on his inital visit, he was able to show us samples of the construction as well as the different colours of the cladding on offer.Ivan & Nathan who carried out the installation worked tirelessly to deliver a very tidy job making sure every detail was correct. Anglia Roofline (AR) were recommend to me by my neighbour, to whom I am very grateful. AR visited and provided a quotation to remove and replace all Fascias, Soffits, Bird Stop and Guttering etc. which included scaffolding to the house to facilitate the planned work. The price proposed was acceptable to me and within my estimated costs. The scaffolding team arrived on schedule erected the scaffolding with the minimum of disturbance and a great deal of consideration.They were followed on schedule by the AR remove and install team. They were meticulous in the way they performed the tasks at hand. At the end of each work day they cleaned up the site leaving no waste or spoil.. On the final day they removed all of the work materials not needed and thoroughly cleared and swept the paving area around the house. We now look forward to no more overflowing gutters and, thanks to Bird Stop, no more starlings and sparrows nesting under the tiles. I am so impressed with quality of the materials, the work and the manner in which it was carried out and would have no hesitation in recommending AR to any body wishing to have their guttering replaced. The experienced team of two did a very neat job in two days replacing soffits, facias, guttering and downpipes all round the exterior of our 1930s bungalow. I found the whole experience of dealing with this company enjoyable. First contact with Simon was sensible and no pushy salesmanship. A discount as offered for guttering and garage roof to be done at the same time and if I was prepared to be flexible with a start date. At survey an issue was noticed that would cost more to resolve but Anglia roofline did not pass this cost on to me. Ivan and Nathan who completed the work turned up when they said they would, worked hard over the course of the 3 days they were on site and left things neat and tidy at the end of the job. The three Roofers were all very experienced men and polite at all times. Site left as was on arrival. Their subcontracted scaffolders and slaters were also experienced artisans and did us proud. A first class job. Scaffolding was erected over a ground level extension using special ladder beams so that it was supported clear of the roof and did not risk damaging the tiles. The finished guttering has been installed taking into account cosmetic appearance and structural integrity. Anglia Roofline replaced all our fascias, soffits, guttering etc. early in 2013, using materials with a rosewood finish. We were very pleased with the end result & the whole way the job was undertaken. Simon was at pains to give us all the information we needed & installers James & Justyn were very competent, pleasant & courteous throughout. We were also pleased with the way they left the site clean & tidy. However, there was an unfortunate sequel resulting from the well-publicised bad weather of 5 December, when a storm surge caused East Coast flooding - the next morning we found that half the gable end fascia & capping had been ripped off & broken up by the wind. But, without any quibble or query, Anglia Roofline had replaced it (with extra-secure fittings in case of any future freak weather) within 4 working days & again with total efficiency! I have always thought the true hallmark of a company is how well they deal with any after-sales problems - I give Anglia Roofline full marks for the way they dealt with this issue & I am pleased to recommend them to anyone else considering similar work on their own property... The two members of staff who attended were polite and well turned out. This was reflected in the quality of their workmanship which I was extremely pleased with. The quality of materials used for my fascias, soffits and guttering was good and the price was very reasonable compared with other quotations that I had obtained. At the end of the job all debris, offcuts etc. were removed and the surrounding area was swept. A first class job !!
