Sarah found my Cv online which I must have uploaded a long time ago as I didn't even remember. I wasn't actually looking for a job at the time as I had a job which was ok, safe and had good terms and conditions. I still went to see Sarah out of interest as it was a German speaking role and I always said if I would change my job it would have to be something where I used my languages more. I actually got the job and started in April and am still there love my new job and wish I had done the move sooner!Sarah was great all throughout the process very accomodating in terms of meeting times as I still worked at the time. I don't know if this review will help other people on the job hunt because I only interviewed with one recruitment agency, but my time AndersonScott was short and pleasant. I applied online on a Friday for a graduate role, got a reply on Monday, interview with James on the Tuesday, had the real interview with the business the next day and got the job at 5pm the same day. From the get go, James was interested in me as a human being and a person, not just a list of qualifications on a piece of paper. He insisted on meeting me and interviewing me to find out what made me want to get up and go to work each day. He then put me forward for a role in a company that he knew would suit me, and I got the job. I wanted to change my career after 29 years of doing the same job. I applied for many jobs with lots of agencies online. Only Anderson Scott replied within 24 hours offering me an interview. Normally James would meet clients prior to interview but as I worked too far away to commute for a meeting he interviewed me over the telephone. He said he felt a confidence in me that he would put me forward without meeting me. I've been looking to change my job for a while when I realised it's no progression where I worked before. Have been contacting by many agencies employees which were looking just to find out some information for their database, but one day I've been approached by Fiona from Anderson Scott with a real offer and in a week I had an interview and been offered a new job. I had the pleasure of using Anderson Scott Solutions Ltd and specifically James Aust during my recent job search. In what was a difficult time for me professionally James was extremely professional and helpful in my job hunt. I first met Anjna when I was job hunting 18 months ago. Having briefly worked in recruitment myself and having met many recruiters over the years it is easy to spot a good one and Anjna is one of the best. I got the job Anj put me forward for and then I became a client of hers. I have had to contact Anjna on a number of occasions in the last year to help me find good staff and she always delivers the goods! The service is reliable and we work as partners to find the best people. Around 75% of my team of 16 were found by Anj. I was approached by Anjna, as she found my CV online, i was actively looking for new role. Having had some terrible and disappointed experience with other agencies, i was pleasantly surprised by how different the experience was this time. i didn't get cliche "I may have something for you give me a call for a chat" message. i got an email with all necessary basic information about potential role. to cut story short - i liked the role and we agreed to meet with Anjna for the initial conversation - she even stayed after normal office hours to accommodate time convenient for me! the turnaround was very fast, her and James Aust (who helped in Anjna's absence) came across as very professional, knowing what they are doing, knowing their clients very well. i had 2 successful interviews and landed a perfect job. even if i didn't succeed (which would have nothing to do with Anderson Scott Ltd) - i was very satisfied with the entire experience with this agency and in particular with Anjna. the turnaround was extremely fast, yet efficient. having had totally different experience with other agencies - i would say this one is the one i would definitely recommend to the others.
