We had a big storm come through with large hail. We needed a new roof and Anderson was able to help with that. They were quick to inspect the roof and worked directly with our insurance company which made the process pretty painless. In no time we had a new roof that looks great. I was referred to Anderson Construction by a close friend when I told them that I was looking to get my roof repaired. They told me when I called to ask for Eddie. They said that talking with Eddie over the phone and in person he made sure that we understood what damage had happened to are roof but that he was going to work with are insurance company to get the best deal possible. I was referred to Anderson Construction by my neighbors so I called Anderson Construction office to come and evaluate my property they came quickly and helped me after my State Farm adjustment came over to my house and told me the siding cracks on my siding are not from hail, after a second inspection with the insurance State Farm wrote me a $55,000 check to fix my entire siding because it didn’t match and change my roof, paint my deck, they even paid for my grill. Kerry and Eddie are very easy to work with and they did a great job. I would use them every time. And then Jay helped modernize my home by adding different design elements to my siding and helped me save on my yearly insurance premium by installing lifetime warranty shingles. I called Anderson Construction after being denied by my insurance three times and they came immediately and where very thourough with my claim, they submitted an estimate with pictures of all the damaged structures on my property and the insurance came out and paid me for everything and they did the work immediately they where very professional and on time, every time i called with a question they where all happy to help, i recommended them to all my neighbors and everyone is happy with them. My experience with Anderson Construction was amazing from the moment Khalil knocked on my door to the moment I closed out the project with their production specialist Jay. Khalil was very thorough with the initial inspection and sitting down and filing the claim with me. He met with my insurance company (American Family) and he made sure he pointed out all the damage and nothing was missed. We got our claim report and estimate and Jay had us pick out shingles, shingles color, siding and siding color. It was a very enjoyable time. I was referred to Anderson construction they came over and did a full assetment of my property and took my insurance claim from being rejected by the insurance and telling me there was no damage to changing my entire roof, siding, fascia, gutters and downspouts, and painting my deck, my entire house looks brand new now and they helped me get a 20 percent discount with my yearly insurance premium by installing an impact resistant roof on my house.
