Nadia planned our intimate destination wedding for 18 guests in Austria this year. It’s tough to come up with an adequate way to express how genuinely thankful we are to have found Amulet Events. We are from the US and truly thought that a wedding abroad was a far fetched dream. It was so exciting to Skype with Nadia and realize this could be turned into a reality. We planned our wedding together with her recommended vendors for 14 months! We put all of our trust into Nadia’s hands because we felt confident in her ability to coordinate, plan and budget for our day. She managed the required tasks and timelines from all vendors with ease to eliminate stress on us being 5000 mi away. Nadia visited our wedding venue and resort for added reassurance a few months before our trip as well as made sure to be there to coordinate our wedding day. It is such a blessing to have found a wedding planner with such care, attention to detail and the utmost professionalism at handling any unforeseen circumstances that are sure to arise leading up to such an important day. Being a professional designer myself, I had a specific vision for stationary, welcome gifts for guests, our ceremony and an overall feel for my wedding day. We truly cannot express how fortunate and thankful we are to have found Nadia. We were looking to elope in Austria (we’re from the US) and had no idea where to start. I had already spent hours trying to find a venue and felt like I was at a loss. As soon as we Skyped Nadia, we immediately knew we were in good hands and all of our worries vanished! Nadia found us the venue of our dreams in no time at all and coordinated with them start to finish to make sure everything was perfect. She sought out our fantastic, fairly-priced vendors, took care of all necessary communications with them, and made sure we were always getting a fair price. To top it all off, she made the trek to Austria for our wedding day and we were so thrilled to have her there! Nadia is incredibly personable, punctual, organized, and everything you could ask for in a wedding planner. She truly cares about making your day as special as it can be. Nadia planned my elopement in Capri, Italy this May and I will say she certainly exceeded my expectations. Residing in in the U. S, having a planner in the U.K., with an elopement destination that neither of us had traveled to was certainly a risk. After my very first (of many) video chats with Nadia, I had full confidence in Nadia's ability to create the most memorable, intimate wedding day. I cannot recommend Nadia enough, this was the best investment we made for our wedding. Worth every penny! Nadia was an absolute pleasure to work with, she organised everything for us meticulously so we literally had no stress or worries in the run up to our wedding. On the day, Nadia worked fantastically with all our suppliers and ensured everything ran completely smoothly. Involving Nadia meant that we were totally relaxed on the day and didnt have to rope in our friends and family to organise anything. Nadia is completely calm and reassuring in any situation, even when something big came up last minute she dealt with it so we weren’t even aware there was any issue! I didn’t anticipate the importance of a wedding planner, and attempted to plan everything myself. Nadia is an outstanding wedding planner. Organised and friendly she went above and beyond. I have spoken to other friends who have had wedding planners and Nadia superseded what others have done. - Quite honestly, I couldn't have got through the wedding planning without Nadia. We booked her the night that we first had a chat about the wedding and I'm so glad we did. From organising suppliers, sorting out deliveries, helping us with locating suppliers using her knowledge base and large contact list, running around doing last minute jobs for us and being there when things got stressful to reassure me and help sort things out. She also helped us decorate the venue the day before and she knew exactly what we would like, it was just as we had envisioned it. On the day, everything went without a hitch and that was all because of Nadia being there to help oversee things and relieve us of any stress and pressure. I worked with Nadia Wood for a wedding in August 2017. I'm a hairdresser and I've never worked alongside a wedding planner before and it was an excellent experience.
Nadia was extremely professional and informative during the lead up to the wedding and on the day. Everything ran smoothly, and it made the morning of the wedding very enjoyable and completely stress free.

Having been recommended by another wedding planner, Nadia came to the rescue to do on the day event coordination for our wedding. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. We had regular contact in the year leading up to the wedding, to keep her in the loop, and if I'm honest she became a sort of counsellor at one point! Taking all of the information and supplier details and coordinating into a detailed itinerary was really helpful for all. On the day itself, Nadia was invaluable and really fulfilled the role I had wanted her to do. Having planned everything myself, I wanted to be able to switch off on the day and have someone else deal with any issues that may have occurred. We used Nadia for our wedding in December 2013, and we were so happy with our beautiful day. She was extremely professional and went out of her way to make it all go smoothly and also put us at ease. She had some fantastic ideas and just added that special something extra to our very special day.

I can't recommend Nadia enough. She was everything we needed to help coordinate our wedding and ensure the weekend ran smoothly. A mix up by our venue with tables meant at the final hour we had to completely redo the table plan (which had been worked out weeks before) on the morning of the wedding - Nadia set to it without even a smidge of concern and sorted the whole thing out effortlessly leaving me to carry on with getting ready. She works with wonderful, local and unique suppliers who bring so much to the day. So many things I hadn't even thought of, Nadia brought to my attention and then would deal with. Nadia was perfect in every way. No task was ever too much and she handled the last minute hurdles that were thrown at her during the entire weekend.
