I am a qualified CPCAB coach and a member of the Association for Coaching.

My coaching style is an integrative approach which combines the most effective Solution Focused tools and processes to help clients identify their obstacles and move forward. I use interventions grounded in tested and verified psychological theories, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness. These interventions are specifically designed and tailored to each individual client to find a way to help them move towards personal, professional or relational goals and solutions.

Most of my clients are at a point in their lives where they feel overwhelmed, dissatisfied or burned out. I have great success in helping clients to identify what it is they want from life and what’s holding them back and work towards removing these obstacles. By asking the right questions and empowering clients using psychological tools and techniques I help clients to overcome procrastination, achieve a better work-life balance and minimise their stress and anxiety.
