After being to court myself to apply for tenant eviction I was advised by judge that I needed a solicitor to represent me at court. After contacting several solicitors I instructed Haque solicitors to represent me. My decision was based on the fact that they gave a competitive total price through to eviction. Which prevented surprise bills through the process. There was time to get everything in place before the next court date. I was kept fully informed of progress and if I did need to contact office my call was always answered promptly. I just won the Eviction case today with the help from Amin Haque Solicitors. Nurul Haque applies his professional skills to help to Evict an Eviled Tenant who is not only Fierce, but Wicked & Aggressive. She has not paid rent for last 6 months & kicked out the rest of tenants in the house. Mr Nurul Haque applied S8 against her, since it is quickest way to evict her, I was advised. Using Section 8 first. If stroked out, then use Section 21, followed or combined with Anti Social behaviour. It is with good professional technique for time & money wise. First I want to thank Nurul and his team for doing such an amazing job. From start to finish everything was so easy no hassle just straight forward. Wont lie I couldn't keep up.
