Had my first session today after a friend recommended it to me and I loved it. Trainer was helpful given I didn't have a clue because I've never done it before. Got a real good ache in my thighs and bum. Just the areas I wanted to target. You don't have to feel at all conscious as all shapes & sizes and different fitness levels are there. Repose girls are the friendliest bunch of trainers you will ever meet .
