These girls are professional, talented and soooooooo friendly and when you enter the gorgeous salon you are greeted by warm and welcoming smiles. They put you at ease as soon as you arrive and help you settle ready for your treatments. Worst salon experience of my life; rude staff, unhygienic conditions, and worst of all, the treatment I had left me with an unsightly and painful rush. I had it done on Saturday and spent most of yesterday in A & E. Are the people who work there even qualified? Avoid at all costs! More...

Hi there, We no longer use this website so have only just come across this website unfortunately to see this terrible review. Please can you contact us to explain why you have left a review when I don’t believe you have ever been to the salon? At the time you put this review it was only myself and my business partner so I know for a fact that we haven’t ever been rude to anyone, it is simply not in our nature. If you had spent time in hospital post a treatment in our salon I would of hoped you would of contacted us asking to receive some sort of compensation or explanation, which we never received any contact from yourself so I know that this review cannot be real.
