Hate the gym 😉 but Lee mixes it up and keeps the training fresh. He pushes you but also listens to you. He understands what your strength and weakness is. Definitely recommended.

Lee puts a lot of thought into each PT session. They are always challenging (so be prepared ) but fun and Lee is a such genuinely great person. Through Lee’s guidance and encouragement I have achieved PB’s in deadlifts, back squats and bench press together with increased cardio fitness. I highly recommend Lee as a PT. I started working with him a year and a half ago looking to lose weight and tone up after a baby. I enjoyed the sessions so much that I carried on once my goal was met. Lee is great at continually adapting the sessions so they don't feel repetitive. He's a great motivator and will push you but will also tailor sessions as needed if you're having an off day. VERY happy with Lee as my PT. I have started with Lee with a goal in mind to strengthen certain muscles to help with my problem knee. Lee was a great listener from the beginning since consultation and tried to tailor my training to suit my need and my availability. He is very approachable, easy-going to but you cannot underestimate the workout he makes me do. Within just under 2 months my problem knee starts to not be a problem anymore. I feel much stronger. Lee motivates me to go to the gym more often that I normally would - which is a plus. With Lee, I have the chance to use his App which allows me to track my measurements and have workout scheduled (with demos and everything - details of How many reps / kg etc) so it’s great to be able to workout by myself in addition to 1:1 session. Personal training is much more than me simply giving you a list of exercises to do. A personal trainer keeps you motivated, educates you on why you’re performing certain exercises and pushes you to achieve your goals every step of the way. It can often be confusing and intimidating on what approach to take when it comes to building muscle, losing fat or simply beginning to exercise in the first place – my job is to clear things up for you.

there is no secret, just consistency and discipline. My job is to make things even easier for you.

Seeing hard work pay off. Watching clients arrive for the week beaming with good news that they've "lost another pound" or watching them finally squat their bodyweight gives me great joy. I know personally how it feels to achieve your fitness goals after months of hard work and its an incredible feeling helping someone along the way!

A passion for health and fitness. I had previously worked as an ION Manager (a graduate scheme) in the hospitality industry and realised I wasn't enjoying it. It made sense for me to move into personal training as I had been helping many of my friends at University get into the gym and often educated flatmates (to their dismay) about what was nutritious/healthy! I enjoy educating people on what exactly they need to do to achieve their goals.

Dedicated interest in their health and well-being. Weekly progress checks along with curated diet plans and nutritional support for those days where you're feeling like you can't do it! Plus, sessions with me will be entertaining and challenging!
