TERRIBLE DISHONEST COMPANY. They charge astronomical fees on the initial visit, which is diagnostic only. Then, astronomical price of parts and additional astronomical fee for them to return and install the parts. An absolute scam.
Also, it takes many phone calls and months for the parts to be delivered and those won't be even the right parts.

BEWARE. Only giving one star because NO STAR is not an option. You will pay $115 for a 5 minute diagnostic and a squirt of a lubricant, if you are lucky. For any repairs, however basic, they would have to come back and charge you all over again, plus the cost of parts. That is how they make their money.
By the time a simple part is installed, for which you will pay 10 times the market price, it will cost you more than the machine is worth. Oh, but do not worry, they will try hard to sell a new machine to you. What a rip off. More...

Do business with this dishonest company at your own risk. I purchased a piece of gym equipment with a rep. over the phone. Due to the incompetence of their affiliated shipper, I never received the product. When I asked for a refund, the company sent me a weblink to their "Return Policy" and charged me a 10% restocking fee. Obviously, my asking for a refund for failure to deliver a product wasn't a "return." Also, how can Altitude insist on enforcing a term of a sale contract when they didn't live up to their side of the contract (i.e., deliver the product). Despite my explaining this to them, they insist on keeping 10% of my money. The other posts are right; once Altitude has your money, they'll engage in fraudulent conduct to keep it. More...

Buyer beware! Bought certified TDF Pro from Altitude Fitness Outlet advertised on Craigslist which once home, ended up having multiple defects, including not being able to run any iFit workout in Street view. Though “certified” Brad refused return. Tried making me feel foolish for asking; instead “sending” service to attempt repair. 3 weeks and still waiting. We received our NordicTrack Grand Tou Pro, unfortunately, the tablet holder arrived broken. We purchased the extended warranty and while it took a couple of calls to get in touch with someone they were prompt in offering to send out a technician. Unfortunately, we decided not to keep the bike, as it did not respond as quickly as we needed when wanting to increase tension. We also had an issue with the shakiness of the handlebars, regardless of tightening up all the screws. Our big issue was the customer service. It was very difficult to get a hold of anyone who would take responsibility for our return. When we finally did get a name and a number, there seemed to be a lot of "hot potato" between Altitude Fitness and their shipping carrier. It took weeks to get the return scheduled and the customer pays the shipping fees ($300) plus 10% restocking fee. We had to call the company to verify the return and inquire about our refund.
