Matt makes you feel welcomed and at ease. He is so easy to get on with. An incredibly knowledgeable trainer and amazing sports masseuse I am constantly recommending him. An easy 5 star

Can't speak highly enough of Matt and his approach. He is personable, engaging and gets the best out of you. The sessions leave you feeling elated, he has a wicked sense of humour, and the way he explains what's going on physically with each exercise really helps in focusing the mind. Great stuff!
