We are a tv/film production company based in Sweden but we travel all over Europe and we had our first branding assignment in the US and my team and I needed help organizing a comfortable stay 2 month long stay in Los Angeles. We wanted a company that was famialir with LA and be able to help us with anything that we needed while we were working in LA. Almost Anything team helped us with literally everything! I had a really important event that requested a lot of tedious preparation and research. I needed an assistant, Or a coordinator that understood what I was Envisioning. That's when I found Almost Anything Inc, we set up a quick call, went over what I needed and what I was looking for for this party. And with a very quick turnaround time, they had multiple vendors ready to assist me with whatever I needed to order for the party. They also had a staff member meet me at the venue and walk with me through the tour to take notes and considerations. There was an incident that happened with their carrier on 11/25/19 Â name JP. I work for a huge organization ... long story short, Â he insisted one of our nurse get out of a room to sign for the package he was delivering, I told him I can sign for it. He said no, then asked if we validate, I think he got upset because we do not validate. I was holding hot cup of hot chocolate in my left hand. He was being rude afterward and threw the package at me which caused my drink to spill, cause my hand to burn. When he left he called me a b**ch.<br>When I spoke to this company's manager name Tiera who hired him, she didn't believed this had happened. She apologized but said she wasn't there and she can't take any actions because he's an independent contractor. She couldn't even give me his last name only his first name. We had an unbelievable incident from a courier from this company. His name is JP. He was delivering a package and became angry at the secretary and threw the package at her which caused her to spill her coffee onto her hand which was burned. When we reached out to this company they stated that the courier is an independent contractor so there was nothing they can say or do. Since then it has gone to our risk management department and this company will be banned from our entire medical group. A police report is also being filed. My mind is truly blown with the exceptional service I received from this Almost Anything,Inc. I was in a pinch and needed some items shipped to me in another state, and thought I had no options seeing as other shipping services won't pick up items unless they are packed already. I googled Almost Anything, Inc, and they picked up, and immediately got on top on my errand like it was their main priority, felt amazing. I believe they really do almost anything!
