We did the lessons in the run up to our wedding, very flexible with dates and how the dance could be done. I damaged my hand and the instructor changed the routine to work round this for the last lesson. We used All Steps for our first dance at our Wedding. We booked 3 lessons and All Steps were very professional and enthusiastic throughout the process from first understanding our requirements and Wedding location to completing the final lesson. Both my Wife and I had very little dance experience and wanted to be confident on the Wedding day that we had a dance that suited us as a couple, would impress our unknowing Guests and would still appear to be effortless for us. A big task for anyone trying to teach us! Our Instructor Catherine was brilliant! From the first moment she made us feel at ease and we thoroughly enjoyed every lesson. Catherine helped choreograph a dance which suited us and was fun to learn and practice. Needless to say our Guests thought it was excellent and were very impressed. Highly recommend All Steps First Dance. Kiri was very helpful and informative. Also very patient as during the wedding planning I kept forgetting to respond to her. She kept trying to contact me but I was often busy. I’m so glad she kept trying as we were so lucky to have been allocated Molly. We had a unique first dance song and didn’t know how to dance to it. We contacted All Steps First Dance, as we wanted a dance to remember at our wedding. The communication was fantastic from the start. We were assigned to Amy and from the moment we met her we knew our routine would be amazing. From the moment we contacted First dance they were very helpful fitting us in with only 2 weeks before we had to go abroad for our wedding. . My husband and I enlisted the help of Katy from All Steps Dance to choreograph and teach us our wedding dance for our wedding. This is a quick note just to say thank you to you and Emma - our first dance (At Last) on the 25th August was a roaring success - especially on the basis that Tom and I could barely put two feet together before lessons! Emma was accommodating, flexible, patient and a great teacher who really worked a miracle! I contacted All Steps to book a dance class for my friends hen weekend. We had Hannah come to teach us at our accommodation for 2 hours and she was great. Everyone really enjoyed it and can’t wait to ‘perform’ it at her wedding in a couple weeks. Amy came to our house and from the start she was friendly and professional. She has a real gift of putting you at ease. She quickly assessed our dancing ability (or lack of it) and pushed us to dance like we never thought we would be able to but we did! She also made our 7 yr old daughter feel included.

Jade and Livvie were brilliant from the word go. Friendly, relaxed and encouraging, they really helped us loosen up and enjoy the experience of learning our first wedding dance with them, which was choreographed brilliantly.
Despite this being my husband’s suggestion he was by far the more nervous, but their unending patience with us repeating the steps “just one more time” (and my multiple announcements that “these steps won’t work with the dress!”), and their ability to put us at ease meant even he had the best time surprising our guests with our “alternative” first dance, making it a super special memory from our day for the both of us.

Hi we booked dance lessons to learn the first dance. I highly recommend all steps first dance they are fantastic. Our dance instructor was amazing it was very easy to follow what to do. Our first dance is from dirty dancing having the time of our lives. My fiancé was not keen on doing the lift so the instructor came up with a different idea of him kneeling and me sitting on his lap instead. Booked with All Steps First Dance for a hen do near York.

Gabrielle was brilliant, she got the balance right between fun and instructional and made us all feel like we were doing a great job (even though it may have been a bit rough round the edges).

We all thoroughly enjoyed it, and it was great to hear that a couple of hens who were initially apprehensive about dancing loved every second too. Thank you so much Gabrielle!

Kiri was super helpful organising Holly as our choreographer for our first dance for our wedding. My husband wanted to surprise our guests with an upbeat routine and Holly our dance teacher was absolutely brilliant! We had three one and a half hour lessons and given my husband’s dancing ability Holly really did have her work cut out!!
