What’s your signature dish?
Signature dish: lollypop lamb chops. Though we place our signature and extra touch on all our foods as we prepare them with love.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First, we listen to our clients wants and needs we then help them fine tune those ideas to make it a one in a kind menu.
What do you love most about your job?
Everything no two events are ever the same. Our staff enjoys working in the catering end events arena and with that said we are all enjoy working with clients as no party is too big or too small. We love giving our clients an event that is memorable and will be talked about well after the event ends.
What inspired you to start your own business?

Rochelle Klein-Loper will be directly be responsible for ensuring your events success. Rochelle will work directly with you or your assigned staff and team throughout the entire process, to design, coordinate and plan your special promotions or events with our specialized team of suppliers and provide on-site management and support on the day or days of your event. Rochelle has completed and received certificates in Event Planning, Special Event and Corporate/Business Event. Rochelle received degrees in Business Management & Hospitality from Queens College (CUNY).
Gene Hoffman is directly responsible for supplier contract negotiations, set-up production management that include the following components: Food service, operations, parking, beverage, security, city services and permitting. Gene Hoffman received his culinary degree from CIA as a Master Chef as well as a Masters Degree from Columbia University (CUNY) in Business.
