I have been using All Round Fitness for around 6 months now, at the start of my training programe I was very reluctant but found that the enthusiasm of my trainer had rubbed off on me within the first session! Very knowledgeable and encouraging, I can see it is advertised as for all fitness levels. I have gone from strength to strength and now feel more than confident to continue my training alone based on the guidance I have received! Having trained with All Round Fitness personal trainer Steve for almost 6 years (twice a week) I can honestly say that I have achieved more knowledge, results and enjoyment than in my 14 years of training prior to starting training sessions with him.
I always look forward to the sessions which are well structured and professional. Steve's wide scope of knowledge on personal training and physical development means that there is plenty of variation in my sessions. We have done Pilates, weights and other types of resistance training, boxing, karate-style kicking, fitness and stamina training....I never get bored!
I have had other personal trainers before coming to All Round Fitness and so have plenty of experience to compare their service to. The main difference is that I enjoy and look forward to the sessions, not dread them or look for reasons to cancel. If you are considering a personal trainer then I highly reccommend All Round Fitness are the people to contact.
