When I first contacted All Around, I was impressed with them right away. I had water leaking from the ceiling into two rooms in my home. Guy, whom I spoke to on the phone, came to do the inspection. What a wonderful person!!! He was here on time, listened again to my issues, and got right to work. He took photos of the roof and in the attic and explained to me in laymens terms what he saw was the issue. Guy then said to ensure that he was correct, he recommended the water test and how that worked. Guy and his partner came a week later, and on time. One on the roof and Guy in the attic. It had to be 150 degrees up there!!! They got the inspection done just as it started to rain, hard. Guy was very professional, has a fabulous personality, was empathetic and just plain nice! Great experience with the All Around team! Like others have mentioned, the sales approach is not pushy at all. They're thorough in explaining their company and the products they use but there are no pressure tactics. All Around did our siding, soffiit and fascia, trimmed out our windows and doors, and replaced our front entry door and garage service door. Our Project Consultant at All Around was Brian Kallhof. Brian was easy and great to work with, very personable and responsive to communication. Any questions or concerns I had along the way were addressed immediately and I'm confident that he'll be equally responsive in the future if any concerns come up. Eric Schwirtz was our Production Manager. Eric was also very quick to respond to any communication, either by phone/email or coming out to the house. Any issues were resolved quickly and cordially. We had Javier's work crew and they did an excellent job. They were respectful and attentive, thorough in cleaning up every day and closing our fence gates since we have a dog. There were some unexpected areas that needed extra attention and I feel like Eric, Javier and crew went above and beyond to remedy the problem areas as best they could given the circumstances. I just had my roof replaced through All Around and working with Brandon Derby was a pleasant shock compared to the company I worked with when I had my roof replaced 20 years earlier. I had no idea working with contractors could actually be painless! Brandon was very detailed in explaining all aspects of the project and took the time to answer all my questions – even late on a Friday of a 3-day holiday weekend. He is so easy and wonderful to work with. I pay a lot of attention to details, but couldn’t find one thing out of place with the new roof. It’s beautiful and the quality craftsmanship is obvious. I worked with James Wallace at All Around on my roof/siding job after the storm came through Blaine in June 2017. James was very professional and extremely thorough in his communications with me as well as my insurance claims adjuster. The quality of work you can expect from All Around is second to none. They even send someone out after the job is done to clean up any stray nails that the crew may have missed (which wasn't many). We discovered a leak in our roof in late August 2018 after receiving 2 inches of rain over a 20 minute period. We had never hired a contractor before, so we started our search by placing calls to 6 different contractors. All came out to our house to review the damages, and it became quickly apparent that most were reciting a well-rehearsed script of promises, including that our roof repair would be covered by insurance.Kyle Miller of All Around took an entirely different approach. Kyle was more objective in the assessment of our roof. He provided us with an estimate that covered our best and worst case scenarios and proposed a redesign of our chimney to prevent future problems. Kyle offered his support as we investigated the possibility of an insurance claim, and counseled us on the pros and cons of having a contractor present at the claim evaluation. It was Kyle’s ability to notice the flaws in the chimney design and his counseling on the insurance process that really set him apart and ultimately led us to choose All Around for our roofing project.Due to the complexity of the leak, there were multiple facets to the project. In all, we demolished the chimney encasement above the roof line, rebuilt a wall to prevent snow and ice accumulation, re-sided the newly constructed areas, and replaced the entire roofing system. We also had some related repairs completed that included new gutters, gutter guards, fascia, window wraps, and new screens. Kyle and Nick Zeman coached us through entire repair process and coordinated the four different specialty crews needed for our project.Kyle’s well-organized estimates easily broke down which repairs were covered by insurance and which repairs were added as electives, thus expediting the release of insurance funds from our mortgage company. His frequent communications, along with his patience and knowledge of the insurance process were a source of great relief and comfort.
