Definitely worth my time going. I couldn't even walk properly before going in and left feeling so much better. Daisy explained exactly what was wrong with a disk in my spin and have a plan to get my back to normal. Would definitely recommend!!!

Friendly, professional & effective.
After 2 years with constant hip pain that the NHS failed to diagnose even after an MRI scan I was forced to find an alternative, enter Aligned Health Care! Both Ralph & Daisy are friendly, professional & more importantly effective in what they do. Ralph diagnosed an issue with my Piriformis muscle & after a couple of sessions along with an exercise program I was virtually pain free, a massive success, if only I'd found them earlier!
They both kept me well informed of what was involved for the entire process. Thank you very much guys. Highly recommended!

I went to Daisy for chiropractic care when pregnant. It really fitted in well with my pregnancy care. The regular appointments helped to keep me comfortable (oh the wonderful bump cushion), and towards the end of my pregnancy when pelvic girdle pain had taken hold, Daisy was the only professional able to give me some relief and keep me walking (and sane).
Postnatal care has been fab too. Daisy is such a lovely person and I can't recommend her services enough.

I had never been to a chiropractor before and didn't know what to expect. I went after giving up going to see my doctor and being prescribed pills all the time. Both Ralph and Daisy have helped relieve the pain, stiffness, and tension I was feeling and set me on a path to being able to understand and manage it until I can be rid of it altogether. What can i say? I went in. No clue on what to expect. Struggling to move and breath. I attend my appointment and get a sense that I'm in good hands.
Everything explained along the way and a good amount of chatting throughout the appointment. I certainly felt like I was in safe hands(at least after the first 5 mins.
And now? I'm in a car heading home feeling like I can sit comfortably and not have to worry about this pain for the rest of my day.
Recommend giving this a try it's worth the money. And I was worried it wouldn't be.
