I am a personal trainer with a passion for health and fitness. I offer a wide array of services such as body weight training, circuit training, health and wellness coaching, High-Intensity Interval (HIIT) Training, personal training, running, and jogging lessons.
Our initial encounter will be an in-depth discussion of your goals and a quick evaluation of where you are currently considering those goals. The next step is to design a training programme exclusively suited to your needs and lifestyle. Throughout the training, I will motivate and push you to work hard and achieve all your goals. I know the level of discipline and willpower needed to train regularly and I’m also aware of that we all have individual issues and concerns. My previous clients can attest to the fact that I am friendly and hardworking. I will make your training sessions stress-free and thoroughly enjoyable. You can trust me to encourage you on the days you will need it the most and celebrate the tiny milestones in your journey to optimum fitness.
I also offer private training classes for couples wanting to train and stay fit together. I’m happy to apply a discount when you book 5 straight sessions.
