What information do you need from a client before you start work?
Before I start work I begin each project with a complimentary consultation and/or questionnaire to better understand you as a person, your business, and goals. If we decide to move forward working together, I ask for a 50% deposit and signed agreement prior to starting work.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
I cater for most any printing and product design projects. I've designed business cards, flyers, 8 foot banners, street signs, posters, packaging and more. If you have a print project that needs to be designed I'll most likely be able to help you.
Describe your creative process.
Every projects begins with research to discover you, your brand, personality, values and goals. As well as understanding your market, audience persona's and competitive analysis. Using this research and some brainstorming, I develop a strategy using modern marketing techniques that will build your brand and advance your online performance. Next is the design phase, where I create the content needed to effectively execute your strategy. After the content is created, it is published and monitored. Using the feedback and analytics of your contents performance I will optimize your strategy to increase your return on investment.

I help others do what they love to do, by doing what I love. It's a win-win situation when we all succeed together! I get to meet many amazing people with different interests, passions and stories.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love graphic design, marketing and helping other people. I'm naturally a people person that loves problems solving and being creative. Marketing is a creative outlet that let's me be authentic to my true self.
