Hello, my name is Alessia, i'am an italian cake artist. All my cakes are unique cakes, handmade to your needs.. I prepare also candy bar, hot and cold buffet, dessert bar, catering for birthdays, weddings, baby shower etc
Lasagna, Pasta, Tiramisu, Fettuccine, Cheesecake, Cookies, also i prepare cakes and Catering for Vegetarian and Vegan people.

very nice artist for the decoration but also a very good chef for the inside taste. We had the opportunity to choose 2 flavor (one for each tier) Red Velvet with chocolate ganache and also we tested the famous "Crema Pasticcera" that Alessia told us, and where very nice, absolutely lovely, i never tested some flavor like that. I ordered a 3D 'bon voyage' cake a couple of weeks ago. It was unbelievable and expertly done. You could see the craftsmanship that had gone into Alessia's work. She even provided me with some free cupcakes to match the cake! I had so many people asking me who had made the cake and I'm placing a few more orders already. The cake was still edible 5 days later. What inspired you to start your own business?
My grand mother experience, she was an Italian cook, and she taught me the art of cooking.
Why should our clients choose you?
I prepare all handmade, home made, with only fresh ingredients, like for my self and my italian family.. When i prepare a cake, or catering or a special menu i do all my best to make the client happy and satisfied.
