I have just had a new kitchen installed in my home at Blackheath. Alaris also took down my supporting walls and carried out a first class and very professional job. They gave me the best design and price but I went with them mainly because I could tell from my designer (Alex) attitude that the after sales service would be good and it went as I expected. Kitchen is a Mereway and the quality is fantastic. There was a problem with delays on the Siemens appliances but they did arrive in time for the worktops which were done by Marble group. Very happy. A big thanks to Sam and all the Alaris team (particular shout out for Lesley in sorting logistics) in using all their contacts to get my Bora ducting to me (ahead of hob) in record time (outside of set Bora shipping dates). Great price, great personal customer service and delivered what was promised. Have no hesitation to recommend - just wish I'd used them for my entire kitchen! More...

Just had my third Alaris kitchen delivered and apart from Two items to follow next week the service and quality as usual is second to none.
We previously ordered Pronorm which to start with we thought we couldn't afford with doing our research and getting previous quotes from other suppliers. With the help of John and advising on choices and being patient with us we managed to get our dream kitchen with in a budget we would never have known was possible. The prices were that good we put a small kitchen in our rented flat. Our new house is more traditional therefore we opted
for a traditional kitchen this time from Mereway we really liked the in-frame classic kitchen they had to offer although this was out of our price range as we were having a extension done as part of the remit however John offered a comparison door from Mereway which fitted the bill and my wife is over the moon with it.
Thanks once again to the Alaris team and office for what was another smooth transaction and look forward to receiving the two outstanding items next week.

I have a good sized kitchen and it was very outdated. My new Alaris kitchen from Mereway is a classic design but Sam did a very creative job with it. I really love it. My installer was Martyn and he was quick but very particular. Have no hesitation in recommending Alaris. Oh and thanks to Tony and Karen in Dartford for their patience. More...

Alaris recently suppled and installed my kitchen. My Pronorm kitchen is fantastic, thoroughly delighted with it. The installers were excellent, I would recommend plenty jaffa cakes to keep them smiling. All in all, a great experience.
