After a few years of trial and error, my personal training business has all the tools for you to succeed. After endless hour spent sat at my computer putting all the ingredients together to watch people succeed, i have full confidence that you can be the next person to add to my current group of clients that have great success in the past 6 months.
I wanted to make sure I wasn't just another cookie cutter PT that stands next to you as you workout and count your reps. My service extends when you step foot out of the gym.

-Learn how to track and monitor your nutrition. Understand how to count calories and what macronutrients you need based on your goals.
-Online training app via your smartphone that has your own personalised training plan on specific to your goals. Progress reports will show that you are improving as every training session is logged for your records
-Your own training meal plan specific to your goals.
-6 week progress and fitness test assessments to make sure you are constantly improving your health and fitness.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I dedicate 7 days a week to my clients. My clients motivate me in more ways than they know. I look forward to every one of their sessions and there is no better feeling than watching them succeed and leaving my sessions with a smile on their face. I believe my service is different to the standard PT as progression is a must when you hire me as a personal trainer. I don't take my job for granted as results are my priority for you!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is never any secrets to building anything. Nobody got lucky overnight, if somone has succeeded at something, it means they have put months and even years into their craft, the same goes for your body. Clients health is my number priority, aesthetics and looking good come second and go hand in hand with the correct training plan nutritional habits. Building your body has to start with a strong mental attitude. You have to be stubborn and fiercely determined. I like to transpire my work ethic into my clients, I can promise you nothing is easy but if you work hard to results are so so worth it.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love the most about my job is the simple things. Seeing a clients fitness, strength and health improve is something that cannot be put into words. Personal training is a unique career as it cannot be matched in terms of seeing someone physically and mentally evolve as the weeks go by.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love being my own boss and having a schedule that works around clients throughout the day. Even though i work long hours during the week, starting my own business i am happy to say that i have built a great group of clients that have sustained their pleasure in training with me and hiring me as their personal trainer.

I believe my service with the correct adherence can bring a lot of people success. I take on determined and hard working people that are looking to chase their goals. My knowledge of the mechanics of the body, training plans, nutrition, media groups and support you will stand out from the rest. My service is way more than a one-to-one service in the gym, I have built a community within my clients and I am pleased to say that i have brought each and every one of them success.
My main area of focus is developing lean muscle definition for women and men. I am trying to get everyone out of the ridiculous stigma that weights will leave you looking 'bulky', particularly for women. Lifting weights has a whole range of benefits related to body composition. Want nice, lean legs? you will have to use weights, want a nice lean mid-section? are you drooling over that celebrity body in a magazine? I guarantee that they will use some form of weight training in their regimen, it's just a case of how effective you use them. Once you train with me, you will see yourself progress and become physically and mentally stronger in a very short amount of time, results will become very addicting. My one-to-one personal training sessions offer the best possible interaction to reach your personal goals Want to train with a friend? relative? My second package offers a chance for you to train with someone that has the same goals in common as you, what better way to see results than to do it with a motivated training partner. Short on time? My last package offers the chance for a 'quick workout', whereby this fast-paced workout packs a punch and has you in a sweat in a short amount of time.
