Hard work, encourgement and personal 1-2-1 assistance all the way through. You also have access to me on the mobile before and after our sessions.

Patience, Consistancy and learning from someone that understands the process. :) This way your learning from experience rather then trial and error.

Easy, the results of my clients! This is the biggesr motivation to me. I won't rest until my client achieve there goals. This is very important to me.

On a serious note, you really don't have to, it's about a person's choice, however what I've learning from being a PT is you need connect with the person and understand them as an person in order to help them achieve results. What I'm saying is, with AJL Fitness were people driven, not money driven, which means we care first and get paid second :)
