The staff were helpful during the colour choice phase, we changed our minds twice on the choice and it made little difference to the time schedule. The fitters were competent, friendly and arrived on time.Any concerns I had, (slight niggles) over the fitting were addressed at no extra charge very quickly, and to my satisfaction without fuss. Found AJ great to deal with by email. Shop was being changed when we went to view, so was a bit chaotic, and I can understand some of the other reviews. However, the product, delivery times and workmanship we actually got was very good and very very reasonable. AJ replied quickly to email, kept us in touch with progress and we are very pleased with the delivered result. More...
