Excellent friendly service....Danny took time to explain the various of the reasons for a poor signal... A tree blocking the TV signal and the two mobile masts within a mile or two that were giving interference. Danny took the time to explain the various options to get a better signal and how we could optimise that. Despite pouring rain he not only was able to install a new aerial and the amplification device but also took the time to unblock the drain pipe which had become blocked with muck and debris. This was outside the Job in hand and was something I had not noticed. Danny showed me the marking and dampness on the tiles which explained some dampness inside the house which a roofer was unable find out the cause. Although he spent a considerable time in clawing the down pipe from the roof which was blocked... And got very wet and dirty in the process, Danny merely explained it as a good deed and did not charge anything for the extra work. To find this old fashioned standard of service is rare these days and should be applauded. All in all a very professional service with a smile. Friendly and knowledgeable and at a very fair price. I have no hesitation in recommended Danny and Airband for any TV aerial or satellite installation or fault finding. Had a major problem with downstairs TV reception in a few rooms, we've been plagued by it for years but the last few days have become unbearable - he was able to fit me in the same day I called and TV signal now absolutely excellent throughout the house. Really knows his stuff, very good, will absolutely be the first call I make if I need any further installation or aerial work carried out. We have had the misfortune of using a few cowboys in the past and Airband sorted it all in a few hours to a far higher standard than we have had previously. I called Airband Aerials for to sort out bad reception problem for my elderly mother on main tv and to place an extra lead and aerial for her portable tv in another room. He was very professional and done a great job and price was very reasonable. I phoned on Tuesday to ask for an estimate of work, was booked in for Thursday. The job was to repair or replace the aerial as we had lost all reception. The work was able to be done there and then and took around 45 minutes to install a new aerial and cable. The work was carried out to a high standard and for a very reasonable price.
