Fantastic service!! Aggie is super friendly and asks if there is anything specific you need done. We have very high cleaning standards and Aggie met them all! ! My husband is a bit ocd and even he was impressed! She gives you the option of using your stuff or hers (understandably) there is a price difference. I was a little disappointed. The cleaning of the bathroom and the kitchen sink was good. Although, the inside of the microwave wasn’t cleaned. They tried to charge me for 3 hours, even though it was 1 hour of cleaning. The reason was that there were 2 people cleaning so they charged per hour per person, which was news to me. I ended up over paying even for 2 people for 1 hour. I was overcharged and felt very awkward with the situation. My flat didn’t look much different from before, I wish I had asked for only the bathroom and the kitchen to be cleaned then maybe I wouldn’t have been overcharged and it would have taken only 30 mins.
