Alan Gidman has provided guidance on the purchase of hardware and office support systems to R & R Safety Systems and has also given practical support in their installation and training to staff on their use.
As a result we have now decided to retain Alan as IT support for our business, which means we get support using remote desktop connection and telephone advice. He is patient with a mature team and maintains a calm and humorous approach to the many shouts for HELP!
