I have used A&E for new combi boiler installation on two different properties. One 5 months ago and one today. Due to cold weather replacement was needed urgently. A&E were able to source and install the boiler within 1 day!!! The engineer MANNY turned up on time, worked quietly, efficiently and was very neat. Took all rubbish with him. I never met Amit or the team that came to do the install as I am a landlord and it was in a tenanted house that this was being fitted. A&E plumbing and heating services were outstanding. We had a baxi combi boiler installation, replacing a conventional system. It’s been installed a few weeks now and we are thrilled to say everything is running perfectly and I’m not sure how we survived on the old system. The pipe work is super neat and tidy, they were very polite and easy to chat to, most helpful and took more than ample precautions to make sure the house was left spotless and everything in good shape. Replaced my old boiler with a combi boiler last year. They removed the cold water tank and hot water tank that were no longer needed and took all rubbish with them. First class in every aspect, site survey by Amit completed in a timely professional manner. Price quoted, which included a complete boiler change and other work was very competitive. The work was carried out primarily by Syed assisted by Shahid, both more than capable engineers, they worked tirelessly over two days to complete the installation only to be thwarted by a pressure issue. We had a combi installed over the weekend. Job was quick, clean and the installers were very pleasent. Prices are competitive and more than reasonable. I have had contact with all sorts of installation engineers and this company and its engineers must be one of the most efficient and polite company's I have ever dealt with, from the sales manager who showed a vast knowledge of the products and was able to guide you to the correct system to the engineers who had perfect knowledge of all aspects of the installation plus a bonus of being so understanding about your needs preparing to go the extra mile.

I needed to have my old 20 year old combi boiler replaced. The original location was in a small loft above my kitchen. After receiving 3 eye watering quotes ranging from £2. 8K to £4k and ‘grumbles’ and spurious references to Work at Heights regulations of locating it in the same place, I registered with a Find a Tradesman website. A couple of days later I received a call from Petes Heating services who are located in Birmingham. Being from Coventry I explained that I really wanted a local trader but was persuaded to give them the opportunity to come out and conduct a site visit. The sales manager arrived on time and spent quality time conducting a site survey. He advised that they can fit any boiler of your choice but specialise in the Baxi, Valliant, Worcester Bosch and Ideal. When I received their quote 2 days later, I was pleasantly but suspiciously surprised by the price which was considerably lower than the previous lowest quote.After a lot of deliberation and after reading the reviews on Trust Pilot and other review sites and also being on a tight budget, I decided to give them a go.A time and date was arranged which was within 2 weeks of receiving the quote. The engineer arrived on time with a Trainee in tow for support. Both were very pleasant and professional. The job was completed by 2pm . Other quotes suggested 1-2 days for the work to be completed!However when conducting final tests, it was discovered that the central heating was not operating correctly. The engineer suspected the pump was faulty (I know – it doesn’t bode well for a brand new Valliant boiler!) . He called his main contact at Valliant was able to make a 9am appointment for the next day. The Valliant engineer arrived on time and within 15 mins had diagnosed a faulty pump which he said was extremely unusual for a brand new appliance. He replaced the pump and the whole job was complete in 45 mins. The engineer from PHS, came back later in the afternoon to complete a very thorough commissioning process. The job was neat and tidy and they took away all of the waste. In conclusion, whilst the Sales Manager can be somewhat persistent in promoting the company I am glad I took the risk and can wholeheartedly recommend this company. I also saved a shed load of money. Cannot praise this team enough. From q to completion their service was excellent. No pressure, no silly inflated prices to haggle over just a straight forward price which was way cheaper than my other 3 quotes. Great advice on having a Baxi boiler fitted instead of a more expensive one. The engineers worked solidly, cleaned up after themselves and were polite and considerate. Hi ,I recently got my boiler changed from Pete heating. I would like to say that I had an excellent experience. Amit gave good insight about the boiler and made my decision easier on choosing the boiler. He arranged the boiler replacement in 10 mins after my finalisation and then got the boiler within 3 days for replacement.
