Q&As

It started as a favour helping someone who was bereaved and in a mess. At the time I was a pure layman but found it so interesting. 2 years later lots of study and I am a member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters and can now help people everyday. It really is the misconceptions that people have and when you get everything sorted and they realize just how bad it could have been they are so grateful.

I have worked for myself for many years and to be honest am not sure if I could work for someone else again. I find I work longer hours usually for less money but the sense of satisfaction knowing "You" have achieved is unbeatable.

For complete peace of mind and NO pressure, seriously, I undertake a detailed fact find before making any recommendations and giving fixed prices. I have a standard tariff which is available straight away but then we do a fact find and make certain the customer is making the right choices. A fixed fee quote is given and that is what they pay no extras. I am a real person doing something I enjoy, I get great pleasure helping people put affairs in order and securing futures.

Services

From a complex Will to a Basic Simple Will we cover them all. A detailed fact find is carried out to ensure a document that is relevant, factual and of course legal.

Lasting Power of Attorney or LPA is an often misunderstood document and many believe if you have a Will you do not a LPA. A Will covers once you have passed away a LPA is very much for while you live. Often drafted with a Will but can be done stand alone. Two different types and we recommend both but as a minimum the Financial & Property.

We partner with Golden Charter and are able to offer a full range of plans and payment options. Peace of Mind of dealing with a big company like Golden Charter and the service of a real person locally.

We partner with a National regulated firm who handle some 1000+ Probate applications a year. In addition they offer for the more complex cases full Estate Administration. You get the value and cost saving of a national company (on average up to 20% lower than high street) with a Fixed Fee guarantee upfront coupled with a local person to ensure the whole process.

A very complex area of a Will with a lot of liability for an Executor. Fixed Fee's with FULL acceptance of liability both legal and financial. Most companies will NOT offer to take over the liability meaning you pay them to do the work and if it goes wrong you are still left with the problems. Lastly average high street practices can handle 40-60 cases a year maximum and that is if busy. Our trading Partner Kings Court Trust handle in excess of 1000 yet because of the local representative do not lose the personal touch. Save Money, Gain Peace of Mind.
