I have recently enjoyed the professional support of Polly, both in an individual and group setting. I found the time spent in both situations invaluable in identifying and finding solutions to imposed (sometimes by self) barriers to fulfilment. The group settings were brilliantly and successfully structured for positive outcomes both from an individual and group perspective. We mostly arrived as strangers and, through Polly's expert guidance, became a cohesive and happy group.My one-to-one coaching session focused entirely on me and identifying my barriers to fulfilment.
