What do you love most about your job?
I take great pride in listening to my clients and helping them develop better HR processes that save them time, effort, and frustration. We often start out with overwhelmed, disorganized departments and processes and transform them so they can efficient and effective serve their employees.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The idea to start my business grew out of the frustration I felt dealing with large national companies that I dealt with over the years as an HR Manager. We invested hundreds of thousands of dollars each year for these companies to help us with our benefits and payroll but at the end of the day I never felt like we got the customer service and attention we deserved. My goal with AdvaPay was to deliver a better alternative for HR and payroll that was not only affordable for growing businesses but also focused on dedicated top notch customer service.

I lead the team with more than 15 years of experience leading HR initiatives in every state across the U.S. In addition, to being a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) which gives us a uniquely effective approach to the HR projects we handle for our clients.
