Our 2 pugs recently boarded with Adored Paws for a week while we went abroad. Even after the settling in visit, it became clear how much Helen treats the dogs as part of the family. She was very thorough making sure we packed everything (including my older dog's medication) in advance of their visit. We received regular updates and photos while we were away, and didn't worry about them once! I think the dogs were quite disappointed to come home after they'd had such a lovely time with Helen + family. They received lots of love, attention and regular exercise. I would have no reservation in recommending Helen and Adored Paws to anyone looking for their dogs to be kept in the style to which they've become accustomed. Helen at Adored Paws is fabulous. Our lab Max loved his day of doggie day care and subsequent overnighter with her and her gorgeous dogs. She really welcomed him into her home as if he were one of the family. She’s clearly passionate about the dogs and always has their best interests at the forefront of everything she does. Max didn’t want to leave at the end as he enjoyed his new pal Bailey too much. Helen was very professional with booking Max in and getting to know him and kept us regularly updated with Facebook photos and emails about what Max had been doing. Our cats had such a great time last weekend when we were away - Helen stepped in last minute to help us, when I suddenly realised all my family were on holiday too! She was brilliantly professional and came over before we left to meet the cats and find out all about them; they were really well looked after and we even got photo updates too! Helen made such an effort to connect with them too - feeding them wasn't enough! Plus all the hunting they did that weekend - Helen sorted out all the mess and feathers without a fuss (I'm so sorry about that!) I felt so relaxed leaving them in such good hands - I will definitely be using 'Adored Paws' again and can't recommend it highly enough. The lovely Helen stepped in at the very last minute to look after our two cats last weekend and I can't recommend her highly enough. She was very professional and made the time to come over and meet the cats before we left. Our cats were not only well fed and watered, but she took time to play with them and bond with them too - they both seemed very happy when we got home & don't appear to have missed us - judging by the photos we got sent too, they seemed to have had a lovely time! It was lovely to go away and feel completely relaxed about leaving the cats - poor Helen even had to clear up after a hunting spree they both had, but there was never a word of complaint and you can tell she genuinely likes being around the animals - she has such a calm manner with them and is interested in getting to know them.
