I have recently worked closely alongside Yvonne taking care of a lady whose funeral arrangements Adcocks solicitors were in charge of making for her. I found that Yvonne's professionalism, knowledge and her approachability was above and beyond that needed and expected of her. Yvonne went out of her way to make sure this lady had the best send off regarding the lady's background and finding out family photos.
