Actoncoachworks was a brilliant experience for me and my Mercedes gle. I bought my car in for an estimate , estimate was emailed to me within the same day and the car was booked in for the following week. Estimate was cheaper than anywhere else as well. The car was repaired with in 3 working days and they also provided me with a complimentary courtesy car. As a women i was worried about going to get my car repaired as thought i would get ripped off, but i got an estimate before going to acton coachworks, the service i received was 1st class and really made to feel welcome, after being given the cost it was £110 cheaper but i felt so much more comfortable dealing with acton, a repair date was a agreed, driver came to my house and colldcted my car and dropped me a loan car was really easyA real big thank to bob and paul for all their help in making all this so easy Keep this great wok up and i recommended any women to go there Thank you all guys

I can't recommend Acton Coachworks highly!!!
I live in North London, N9, and Acton Coachworks are around 15 miles away from me.
To get there is about an hour on a good day sitting in traffic but I would make that journey every time I need to get my car repaired.
I've been to Acton Coachworks 3 times over the past 2 years and the service I receive on every visit is nothing short of world class. The last time I was there, I was able to drop my car off around 06:30 in the morning which was very convenient for me as I work in London and start at 07:30. I always get an accurate completion date, detailed explanations on the work that will be carried out and the quality of finish makes the quotes that I receive for any repair very fair and 100% justified.
The staff there are very accessible via phone or email, especially Stephen Wren who is always a massive help when getting me estimates on work that needs to be carried out.
I previously had a Ford Focus and when I had a couple of chips on the side of my door, I went to some backwater, rundown garage in Romford because it was local to where I worked and quality of service I can say was shit, the finish was as though he hadn't touched the car. I drive a BMW now and I have not made the same mistake
There is probably more than 100 garages I could take my car to with less travel and less time but I know the kind of service I would get from Acton Coachworks which is why I would recommend them to anyone and everyone

Really good experience dealing with Acton Coachworks. Front office staff are 10/10 and can't faulted. It can be tricky co-coordinating them with insurers (which is as much a fault of the insurer I use) but they do keep you updated, offer drop off and collection and loaner cars, all good and very helpful. Outstanding service, and really great staff. You don’t really want to have to use a body repair specialist, but when you do these are the ones to go to. Instead of exploiting your misfortune, they do their very best to find you the cheapest and simplest solution. I went preparing myself for at least a £1,000 bill (after some telephone quotes), but they managed to do the job perfectly using less drastic measures, and subsequently costing me under £200. Right from the very start when I brought my car in, I was treated with calm help, good manners and confident expertise. There was a characteristic argument from my insurers which Chloe deftly handled. I had a time estimate of 10 working days, which was fair enough but the job was completed in 8. Throughout, I was kept in the loop by Chloe, who was outstanding. I collected an immaculate car (it was new last June) and it was almost better looking than when I took initial delivery of it. From the very start, I was treated with help and excellent manners. Florin (now moved on) photo'd the damage to my car and an estimate shortly followed. Chloe, in administration, was outstanding. There was an inevitable query from my insurance company as to labour rates which Chloe calmly persuaded the company to agree. 10 working days was estimated which turned out to be 8. The car, which was new in July, was repaired and turned out almost better than when I picked up from the agents. I was kept in touch with progress at all stages by Chloe. Love your car even after the accident when your insurer considers it as uneconomical to provide quality repair due to its foreign origin and/or age. Then head-on to Acton Coachworks which did a superb job on our Jeep Grand Cherokee despite its US origin and 10+ years age. Their estimate was accepted by my insurers (and was a third less than their preferred repairr shop!) and work done was commended by our Jeep service outlet. And the car has since proudly done several weeks and 3000 miles road trips across Europe with no problems. Acton Coachworks is an approved repairer for a number of car manufacturers, providing quality car repairs, bodywork repairs, auto repairs and accident repairs from our vehicle bodyshop in London, NW10.

Outstanding customer service
Vehicles arriving in any one of our branches will have an estimate prepared, followed by an inspection by an insurance company where required.
When the vehicle arrives it will be stripped down to begin the repair process.
We employ specialist panel-beaters and welders with experience on all major prestige and sports vehicle makes.
The repaired or replacement panels are prepped and primed prior to final finish in our state of the art paint booths, recently upgraded in line with legislation updates.
Spraying of final finish colour paintwork to vehicles and panels includes custom finish paints such as Designio,Flip and Chromatic.
All Vehicles are cleaned inside and out and quality control checked before being released back to the customer.
All our car repairs, body repairs and auto repairs come with a comprehensive guarantee.
Alloy Wheel Refurbishment
Alloy wheel repair and and alloy wheel refurbishment :: Alloy wheels are often one of the first places that wear and tear becomes obvious. Scratches and scuffs from a kerb when parking, damage from potholes in the road or chips and dents from everyday driving can be quickly and easily restored.
Our alloy wheel refurb process as is follows:
Alloy Wheels and tyres visually inspected for damage
Kerbing damage is then either machined out or filled (if required)
Acid etched to provide anti-corosion properties
Primed to prepare surface for painting
Baked in our oven to harden the primer
Top coat paint is then applied
Two coats of clear lacquer are applied to the front and back of the wheel
Finally the alloy wheels are put back in our oven to fully cure
Once cured, the alloy wheels are now ready to refit the tyres
Acton Coachworks use wet paint and we also utilise several paint mixing schemes from the world's top Manufacturers in house. This means that we mix any colour combination the customer may require.
Powder coating is also available. We use this method at customer's request.

(We do not deal with buckled or badly dented alloy wheels as these are safety related structural repairs and wheels should be written off and replaced).
