I deliver my PT from a totally private facility with no onlookers. Just the client and myself. Sensible and sustainable Weight loss, body toning and muscle growth is what I do best by the use of specific and effective training and targeted nutritional guidance. I also work very hard to find practical ways to embed nutritional goals into peoples busy lives - effective nutrition is different for everyone it’s never a one size fits all. I use a range of training methods, including weights, TRX, kettlebells and much more. As well as my degree, PT diplomas and PGCE Teaching qualification I have acquired certificates in nutrition and all of the afore mentioned training methods.
