We have been customers for a couple of years. Simon and his team are professional, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. For example I cut one of the main wires one Fiday evening. It set the alarm ringing and I could not silence it. Simon drove across Bournemouth to fix it without any complaint. Intruder Alarm Maintenance and 24 Hour Response
We offer a comprehensive maintenance package for all your security systems which is vital to ensure that they remain effective and trouble free. This service is backed up with a 24 hour emergency callout facility where our fully qualified engineers are available to assist you with any technical support queries via the phone or to remotely access your system to ascertain the nature of the fault and, if required, to attend site to resolve the problem. Remote access to the intruder alarm system is a unique facility offered by Action Alarms being used in the event of an emergency to set, unset or reset the system, check for problems or carry out minor programming changes with the express permission of the customer and is normally carried out free of charge.
