Great party today with Caitlin from Acting Up, our twin girls loved it and she did a great job of keeping 15 5 year olds entertained for an hour & a half - not an easy job!!

Acting Up ran a craft and drama workshop for my daughter's 6th birthday theme. They developed everything around the Frozen theme and kept the children thoroughly entertained for the 90 minutes. The kids made crowns, wands, door tags for their rooms amongst other things and loved it! It was a large group of 28 children and they managed to keep them in control and happy for the duration of the party! I would thoroughly recommend them for party entertainment! More...

I was very nervous about starting my daughter in this class as she had not long been diagnosed with Autism, she finds it hard to express emotions and understanding social queues, also finds it hard sharing and not having what she wants when she wants it. . but I needn’t have worried at all! Caitlin has been amazing and supported myself and Isla and I honestly can’t thank her enough. With her understanding and knowledge of autism it has been great! I decided to put Isla into the summer scheme and the first couple of days she struggled a bit with noise and sharing etc.. but Caitlin was able to get some aids to help Isla from her work (timer for lunch and also when she just needs some time out and a pair of ear defenders when the noise just gets a bit too much for her which have made a massive difference in my eyes! I would recommend anyone to give this class a go Isla loves drama and singing and this class has helped her so much, she actually comes home and tells me what she’s been doing which she never does!
