It must a) look good, and b) be functionally accessible (this includes to all users, regardless of impairment, as well as across all modern devices).

What is your end goal with this project and what other similar projects do you like the look of (if any)?

I do a lot of thinking then I make some cool stuff.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
This usually differs for each of my clients. With the wide variety of work I take on I find it's best to get to know each client and their personal preferences
What do you love most about your job?
It keeps me fed and I get to make cool stuff while it keeps me fed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was 10. I needed some money to buy PS1 games. I've since played a hell of a lot of games.

Yeah yeah. I've been doing most of my work remotely for 2 decades now. Good communication is key - Discord is great for that.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I usually never meet my customers. I generally discuss projects via Teams and Discord.
