There is nothing these guys do not know to improve your computer, service, supply, and even for the likes of 'luddites' like me who can seem a bit computer illiterate, they have more than the right amount of patience when it comes to help.
I have also used their remote assistance service when I have silly glitches that I cant fathom out.
They also have a great range of laptops.. basically if you like computers in any way shape or form.. these are the guys to guide you and assist to top degree. Thanks guys.. happy New Year.

Work laptop became unresponsive. My IT department is 5000 miles away, so gave these guys a ring to see if they could help. Went in and showed them the instructions i'd got, and 5 minutes later, my laptop was working again. Best bit, because it was so easy, they didn't charge me anything AT ALL. Wouldn't hesitate to use these guys. I've previously bought a refurbed laptop from them which was absolutely spot on and then had a new hard drive fitted by them to a relatively new PC world laptop which had developed a fault.
