AAISHA CATERERS

Last year a friend of mine asked me to chaperone his daughters wedding as this was an inter faith marriage (the couple and both families were really happy). My friend was fearful of things going wrong on the big day especially with the caterers as they rating seemed high, but was worried they would struggle.I got to say they did not, instead the catering team excelled in all areas, as the function like all events involving desi's was running late and people were panicking. The caterers on the other hand took charge and calmed the nerves of all involved, including the site manger who wanted to kill the DJ.The food as all noted was well presented, full of flavour and authentic to the palate of the punjabis in the house as well as the rest of attendees. The rounds of entrees kept the appetites at bay for all the guests while last minute preparations were being completed. Into the main event and the tables were well manned and varied dishes flowed seamlessly to fulfill the hunger and appetite of all who attended.If you want a caterer that's capable and can handle the pressure whilst dealing with a load of curve balls being thrown at them and still being the job done, you don't need to go any further as small setup they can deliver on the big occasion!!! I ordered food from Aaisha Caterers for a family party. The food was delivered on time. The portion sizes were very good and it was delicious. We ordered the lamb chops, chicken tikka, seekh kebab, chicken biryani and lamb Karahi. We were very happy and impressed. We will be ordering from them again should we need catering. More...
