I booked a taxi for collection at Newquay airport at 10.15pm, the taxi arrived at 11.40pm!!! Really bad service!!

Having used your services in the early hours of Sunday morning, I would like to contact you to praise a driver of yours named Jim, who collected myself and 3 others from the Cattle Market in Truro at 00:20 and dropped us back to Newquay via Perranporth. My girlfriend unfortunately left her purse behind in Jim's taxi after we exited the vehicle and as you will imagine, she was extremely worried upon discovering this.We contacted A2B on Sunday at midday, to which the team in the office contacted Jim to see if he had found the purse, which he had done so. Jim attempted to deliver the purse to my girlfriend's house as she lives only minutes from him, however as stated above, we were dropped off elsewhere, thus nobody was home to answer the door to Jim.The purse was kept in safe keeping by Jim and he was more than happy to allow us to visit his home to collect the purse. I am aware that it is common for items left behind in taxis to remain lost, so I wanted to praise Jim for his honesty.My party and I feel Jim delivered outstanding customer service and also the highest level of decency as a human being in his attempts to go out of his way to return the purse, and also keep everything in the purse as it was.I sincerely hope that his message reaches Jim and that his qualities as an employee and as a person are well recognised by A2B. Recently been on a guiding camp to Hampshire for wellies and wristbands! We took a demo coach which was sparkling and brand new! Amazing quality, very comfortable and the service we got from our driver Sandy was too notch. She was extremely friendly and even joined in the banter and giggles we had with the girls. I was really surprised about how good the air conditioning was, as most coaches I have taken in the past aren't much cop! From the moment you speak to the friendly operators (Theresa is my favourite ), till you step out of the cab at your destination, their attention to your needs is their prime goal. I am a sixty odd year old woman, emphasis on the "odd". When I am slow to confirm where I need picking up from or sometimes even going to, they never hurry me. The drivers are without doubt the creme de la creme here in Cornwall. I lost my house key once on an outward trip for many days and they were there to meet me with it on my return.
