I was suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome and depression, and was hardly able to get out of bed for a month. After a recommendation to Dr Jade, I found Acupuncture to be a very gentle, relaxing and energising treatment; providing immediate results. "Having had a neck, shoulder & back problem for a while. Although, in my case, lifting at work and being on my feet for very long periods doesn't help. I have been going to Jade for a while now, and I can whole heartedly recommend her! I have a number of health issues, and Jade's acupuncture helps to keep me so much more balanced. I have acupuncture at least once a month, I have it for my knee, and to help with hot flushes (HRT)
I also have the herbs for hrt, which help control my flushes.
I find acupuncture very relaxing, I feel that I respond very well to the treatment. I don't like needles but must say I just close my eyes and relax, I would certainly recommend that if you have any problems to give this ago, I believe it doesn't work for everyone but it certainly does for me.
